You may ask for an oil change, but Lou's team checks it all. There was a bulb out for one of the brakes. That doesn't get spotted when up on te rack, but it does when check it all as if it was their vehicle.

Lou, Steve and the rest of the team are amazing! They outline all of the work they are going to do along with how much it's going to cost before they go ahead with the work. If something else arises while they're doing the work, they immediately call you to let you know. They are extremely honest, very professional, and just great to work with!

I brought my VW Jetta in after multiple warning lights suddenly came on, including ABS and traction control. P.E.P. Service Center quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty wheel speed sensor. I was impressed with how fast they were able to identify and fix the problem same day turnaround! My Jetta is running smoothly again, and all the warning lights are gone. Great experience from start to finish highly recommend!
