This was my first time going to PEP. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lou. He returned my phone call within a half hour of my leaving a message. Thoroughly explained the repairs needed. His pricing was extremely fair and my car was ready on the date promised. His customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this business.

Fast and friendly service. I had a lot of issues with my car and needed a lot of work done, and I was still able to pick my car up the next day! It drives like it’s brand new. I feel confident bringing my car here, as I know a thorough inspection of my vehicle will be done and any issues will be taken care of.

I was impressed with the speed of the diagnostic testing used to fix my car. The convenience of getting my tire fixed while at the shop was so appreciated.
