Lou was great from the first phone call! It’s hard to find a mechanic where you don’t feel like they’re ripping you off and trying to get one over on you. Lou is the man! Honest and fair! Won’t be bringing my car to anyone else!

Lou and his team continue to be trusted service providers and good people. They look out for me and my family with our cars. They address any current concern quickly and explain in detail the issue and costs. I also like that they always check the whole car for any other short or longer term issues that would be have to be ultimately dealt with. I like how they lay out choices and understand my financial concerns. We always find a way that works best.

I always receive excellent service. Done right the first time. I also appreciate the printed results of brake pad thickness and tire tread depth inspections.

Had to get a new fender liner , and I paid over $100 more at Honda dealership for same job. Can’t say how happy o am to have found PEP. Highly recommend their service

PEP was recommended to me by my aunt who has been going there for over 40 years. Great local shop, very through and efficient with reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend!
