I was recommended P.E.P service center to check my car before a cross country road trip and for repairs if needed and had a very positive experience. Lou and his team were some of the most Professional, honest, efficient, and effective mechanics I have had the pleasure to work with. They fixed my car, which needed multiple repairs, in one day, called me with recommendations before any work was done with quotes for that work, gave me very fair and competitive rates, and even saved the old parts and brought me into the shop to show why changes were necessary. They did not pressure me for unneeded or unnecessary work and were a true pleasure to work with! I will Absolutely be using Lou and his team for all repairs in the future! Thank you Lou and PEP service center for your excellent service!

Did you ever wish you "could find a good mechanic in the area"? I found it! I needed brake service on my '06 Honda Element for a stuck caliper on the thursday before Labor Day. P.E.P. was able to get me in that morning and finished a rebuild of rotors,pads and calipers on the back discs and did a brake fluid replacement on the whole system. Their price was VERY fair and I am thrilled with the way the brakes on my baby perform. I can't be more complimentary to the guys at P.E.P. They were friendly and honestly explained the work I needed. Their shop is neat and clean which gives you an indication of how meticulous they are about their service. I highly recommend them. My 2006 "baby" is a keeper for me and these guys will help me take good care of him.
